Damp/mould growth in backroom

Got a damp ceiling in backroom with signs of mould and fungal growth. not sure what the cause is ie leak between extension or from bathroom. also not sure what type of tradesmen to contact

If the mould is black it can only be caused by condensation. If it is green it is not mould but algae caused by water penetration or leaking. Very easy to diagnose from that. Condensation can only be solved by ventilation improvements. I have recently had success with Ronseal anti mould paint , it contains chemicals that prevent mould growth, they say for six years, we'll see !
