Conservartory roof

I have a 20ft by 12ft conservatory - we need a roof / ceiling solution as too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter... what are the best options for this 2-3k spend?

there are companies on the internet that specialise in converting conservatory roofs from glass to pitched with insulated roof this is best way to go as they supply new ring beam that is essential for structural integrity of conservatory
