Garage roof leaking

Hi, we have just discovered that our garage roof is leaking, water running down the walls!
We do not know what material the roof is made off but we can tell you that the roof is corrugated and has wooden beams, some of which are rotten and may also need replacing. We have no idea of what costs we are looking at, or if it can be repaired or needs to be replaced completely? Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
