The first thing to do is to establish why the door no longer fits, in most cases it if from too much paint but it can also be an early warning of movement in the wall and the frame has changed shape not the door! If its just paint , take the door off and sand down the sticking edge or if the door is comming apart , glue and secure with screws to the cracked area.Buying a new is costly and it will have to be fitted by a carpenter .
