If you complete our short form online (http://www.ratedpeople.com/contact-us/contact-us-form), citing 'A question regarding a current job...' as the question/query category, a member of the customer care team will get in touch to help you with this. In the meantime, to prevent tradesmen purchasing your job lead, I would update the description to include something along the lines of, Do not purchase, pending cancellation'. Instructions on how to do so are below: If you wish to change or update a job you have posted, log in to your account (here: https://www.ratedpeople.com/log-in) or launch the Find a Tradesman app on your smartphone. Select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted through Rated People. Click the job you wish to update and then the ‘Update job’ button.
