Glue for thermoplastic and regenerated cellulose

Hi, I need to permanently stick membrane from dialysis tube (made of regenerated cellulose) to a tub made of thermoplastic, the bond needs to be waterproof. Any ideas of what sort of glue might be best for the job? Many thanks
