Garden clearance

We had planned on building extension but due to family circumstances this has now been cancelled. I am left with rubble & rubbish throughout garden, a garden fence falling down and a large excavation hole which needs to be filled back in. I need someone who can clear rubbish (get rid of overgrown weeds/plants and fill in excavation with the soil that's still here, then prepare ground for paving. What tradesman should I ask for
