Hi Christina, Not many tradesman will give you an hourly rate, most like myself will just price per job. If you get three quotes from this site you will get a rough understanding of what the job is worth. Another tip is don't always go with the cheapest quote, go with who you think knows what their talking about and who you get the gut feeling is right for the job. Stuart Aitken Get it plastered ltd

Plasterer- £20 per m2 for plaster only not render.

Hi Christina Hourly rate depend of knowledge, qualification and experience of plumber and electrician and may vary. I would suggest to post your request on main website with minimum budget as possible for plumbers electricians handyman and plasterer then three companies of each trade will contact you to discuss details of a job.
