Moving glass bricks out of a wall which is titled on one side.

Hi,
The wall between my bathroom and living room has a row of about six glass bricks in it. The wall is peeling, discoloured and slightly damp on the corners of the living room side of the wall. We need to fix this, but do not want to have the whole bathroom retitled (i.e. if we remove the glass bricks - but would not want mismatching tiles either). What type of tradesman would be able to do this?
