Fixing blown down fence

Part of my garden fence has blown down and I need it fixed. Do I need a handyman, a builder or a carpenter? or someone else?

it would be better and cheaper to use a general handyman instead of using a builder or carpenter as most handymen know how to do fencing and wont charge as much as the other 2
