Hi Jennifer, You could ask a 5 star rated roofer, to jet wash the moss off, but they must be very careful not to clean to aggressive, or break tiles. Also you can get some good antifungal herbicides and spray the roof to kill the moss off, but again they must be carful not to get overspray on yours or neighbour's garden. And a 3rd option would be to fit Hedgehog brush's, to your guttering to stop the moss blocking them. Hope this helps Regards Sam (Affordable Roofing pershore)
