Who can multi-task - carpets, joinery, paint?

I have a small office in central London and need c.25m of new carpet tiles laid (old ones taken off concrete), cables boxed in neatly in a meeting room, touch up with a paint brush, and a shoe rack built in an alcove - not tasks for a single skill, but how do I request a multi-skilled person?
