Hi Sarah, Unfortunately this is a fairly common problem, also with the curtain rail brackets also. The best solution is to re drill the fixings into a fresher more solid part of the wall if possible. If the 'wall' is just plasterboard thick, there are plasterboard fixings you purchase to help, again they will need a fresher piece of wall to be re drilled. By all means try filling the holes and re drilling but they will eventualy get loose again over time. Good luck Ross
