Hi Paul It's cery sad to hear that you have been ripped off by someone from Rated People. I would suggest to get in touch with Customer Service and leave a feedback for company which you have used. It will help future customers not to hire this company any more and prevent all of us to be put in same basket. Bet regards Rafal
sorry paul something you are unhappy with. You must realise that the company and rated tradesman are totally different. Me i am a tradesman my work is my livelihood, i correspond with my clients on a daily business, to ensure that the clients are happy with the work, I do not ask for advances because i require to have a trust factor in my business. All well in good was this a one off or was it many because you cannot tar everyone the same, the fact is simple everyone has their own skills I have mine, but if a client wants additional work doing not my skills then i direct to persons who i trust completely. In saying all this I have no idea what the problem was or is but please if you dont like the system vent it out with the tradesman. Bob Glen painter/decorator rated tradesman.
Sounds like you got ripped off buy the tradesman .not rated people sorry to hear this .best thing to do Paul is to go after the trades man. And threaten him with trading standards

sorry to hear you got ripped off by a tradesman on here have you emailed a complaint to the complaints department from rated people they are normally very good at dealing with customer complaints.
