Entire house needs updating - replace kitchen worktop/cupboards - fit new bathroom suite - laminating floor - carpet bedrooms - fitted wardrobe - remove wall paper/ repaint

I would suggest to get builder to give the electrics and plumbing a health check also . If the place is quite old there's always those hidden surprises a builder can discover near the end of a refurb. Potentially costly ....Prevention is the best cure on all counts . Kindest regards Marc
