Hi Paul all the tradesmen on this site had to start as 'not yet rated' so not having a rating doesn't make you a bad tradesman, it will cost you nothing (remember the tradesman has had to pay for your job lead) to have him come round and quote for the work. You will then have the opportunity to gauge his knowledge/professionalism and qualifications when you meet him and can ask about previous work he has carried out, he may have a portfolio of work he can show you. Give him a try and always go with your gut instinct, it's usually right.Thanks. Ed.
