The tradesman you sent me is showing as "not yet rated"

Posted by Paul Houston, on
Should I book him as your blurb seems to suggest that I should go for rated people only.

Hi Paul all the tradesmen on this site had to start as 'not yet rated' so not having a rating doesn't make you a bad tradesman, it will cost you nothing (remember the tradesman has had to pay for your job lead) to have him come round and quote for the work. You will then have the opportunity to gauge his knowledge/professionalism and qualifications when you meet him and can ask about previous work he has carried out, he may have a portfolio of work he can show you. Give him a try and always go with your gut instinct, it's usually right.Thanks. Ed.

Hi paul, I remember starting on this site over a year ago now and we were unrated, we knew we had a good team but none knew us via rated people, but soon people saw we were professional, helpful had integrity and passionate about our work, you will also see this in the tradesman who buy your lead, always, always go with your gut instinct it never lets you down. I have a saying it seems to work for me, if it starts right ie being on time getting the quote in when they say then the job ends right, as a rule. Good luck Marcus
