I am assuming this is a PVC door. There is a philips head screw under the latch on the side of the door. Remove this screw. Insert key, turn it about a 1/4 turn clockwise, push the barrel out. If it won't push out slightly reposition the key til it does.

Remove the handles and spindle , then unscrew the barrel from edge of the door , it will come out with a little effort .
