Recently installed flat roof has\is developing the odd damp patch appearing through the ceiling... the roofer has been back and sealed joints etc (newly installed flat roof on new extension that marries up with a pitched roof) I am guessing that it is not vented enough and it is condensation? I am guessing I need to get my builder back to solve but any idea what can be done? He did say he had constructed a cold roof system.
