My gable is wet all the time

My gable is wet,it is boss in the top corner and I have some black damp in the cuboard on the inside of the gable. the new tile roof has not solved the problem. whats the most common cause of this type of problem.?

Gable ends are solid walls , the rain can penetrate right through and they are also cold so condensation can occur on the inside face .

Gable re-point? Condensation inside the room? If showing wet in one particular place most likely a leak from somewhere.
