hi the best type of fencing is feathered edge boarding depending on the height either 75x75 mm posts or 100x100mm posts concrete these in with concrete a good company will wrap the bottom of the posts in polythene to stop them rotting and if the posts are put in correct and deep enough the wind will not bother the fence,

Best type is a fence with 100mm posts, horizontal rails with vertical boards . This type let's wind through fence therefore less prone to wind damage like panel fencing is. May initially cost more but will last long term. Make sure posts are 24" into ground with proper concrete, at least 15 -20 newton strength We put 3 horizontal rails for 6' fence If posting on rated people.com put length, height and type of fence ( posts & rails ) to ensure you comparing like for like Ps we don't do panel fencing as can't guarantee

Hi Lima We always recomend to post a job on main website because some of a job needs to be seen before any advice is given. Our service is free of charge with no obligation quote and our tradesmans are happy to help with every aspects of jobs. I would strongly recomend to post a job on Rated People home page then 3 companies will get in touch then you would be able to choose the right person as you would receive an e mail with a link to tradesman account where you would see a pictures and you will read revious from previous customers. I hope this will help Best regards Rafal
