Check the property is water tight ,insulated and vented first there is no point in starting your project indoors unless if the outside isn't sound , then 1st fix electrics and plumbing + carpentry then plastering then 2nd fix everything mixed in with he decorating tiling etc.
I would suggest that all behind the scenes are done first- Boiler/plumbing and electrics. This way services are in the correct positions before final fix of kitchen furniture or bathroom appliances. Have scaled drawings made up of the kitchen and bathroom in the very first instance. If there are any radical changes to layouts then these can be taken into consideration for the electrician and the plumber. Plasterer follows then have carpenter fix kitchen and plumber fix bathroom. Painting at the end but to make it cheaper and a better finish paint before the kitchen, boiler, radiators cover or obstruct the walls.
