Window locking mechanism

Would a locksmith be the person who can fix a problem with a double glazed window that wo't shut because the locking mechanism is stuck?

Hi Caroline, No, i have done many of these in Windsor where i am and generally find lock smiths struggle with these as its not there field and you need a specialist company like us. Being doing it for 30 years now.
