Move washing machine to garage

.I want to move my washing machine to the garage. the moment it is situated in a small utility area and I want to move it to the other side of the connecting wall, the garage floor is at a lower level so probably would need a raised platform built for the drain pipe level. Who would I need to do this a plumber or a builder, I don't know if it's possible but I think the water and drain pipe could just be fed through to the new location from the utility. Which trade do I need please.
