Leaving a ref

There is no clear info on leaving a reference once you are logged in. Please make this easier. I have looked everywhere. All I want to do is write something nice about my electrician. BUT HOW?

Ask him to send you a rating request? That should link you directly.

Hi Caryn, A tradesman can email you a prompt to leave a rating. Following the link in the email will begin the process for you. You can also give a rating by logging in to your account (https://www.ratedpeople.com/log-in) or launching the Find a Tradesman mobile app and selecting ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation. This will bring up the list of jobs that you have previously posted through Rated People. You'll be able to select the job in question from the list and click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesman who completed the work. Best Wishes, Lee The Ask An Expert Team
