Hello,
If I already have a loft hatch with drop down ladders and want to keep the ladders (which are perfectly adequate) but increase the loft hatch size, how big and difficult a job is this? It's in a hallway, so the new hatch and opening would need to be made rectangular (whilst it is currently square)
And what type of tradesman would I need? A joiner, a builder, a general handyman?
