I have just got the building survey back on a house I want to buy, and it has a lot of different things on it - drainage, damp, brickwork, lintel replacement, rewiring, replastering, asbestos removal.
I need some advice on how to proceed, I am having further drainage and damp surveys done, and a builder is coming to look at the property, but whats the best way to go about getting this work done?
