The kitchen in my new bungalow is very small so I'm thinking of making a utility area for a washing machine and drier, either in a shed or spare room. This would require new plumbing if in a room or plumbing and electrics if in a shed. Both would be close to the existing plumbing and waste connections entering the property. Could anyone please recommend the best option and an idea of the work involved, and the type of tradesman that would do this?
