Living Room Renovation

Posted by Andy Bissell, on
I've removed some old wood panelling in my living room resulting in many holes in the plaster (uncovering original wooden plugs in the brickwork), damaging the door surround / skirting boards. I want the room renovating (including painting, probably plastering, wallpapering, sockets raising). I want the final finish to be good quality, so was thinking I need to ask for a painter / decorator, or as I need a lot of work doing should I ask for a different trade (but then will the painting finish not be as good?).

Hi Andy, Gary is right.Plastering seems to be the main part of the work. You will also need an electrican as I see you mention sockets raising. The plasterer will prob recommend a guy he knows but if your in Lancashire you can find me on Facebook. Thanks Russ
