Generally, get the painting done first, (decorators), then joinery (carpenters) and always get the floors done last (flooring specialists).

Am undertaking a full cosmetic renovation of a 2 bed flat. No structural work, but new paint, joinery and floors thourough and new kitchen.
How should I organise this? what order? What people?
