Hi Allen you have got two options for the door closer: 1. Overhead type- quick and easy to fit and provide a strong easily adjusted closing action but not the nicest thing to look at. 2. Concealed type- harder to install and can be fiddly to get the closing action just right as they have a tendency to either slam shut or not fully close too. Easier on the eye has you can only see it when the door is opened. As regards the handles it really depends on where the doors are being installed 1. Corridor- pull handle and push plate 2. Bedroom/ office- lever handles and latch ( sash lock maybe required if the building is multiple occupancy). You will also require intumescent strips fitting to either the door or frame to meet regulations and you need to ensure the doors are hung on 3no. fire rated hinges. Ed
