My new prospective tenants have asked for some work to be done in the flat. Specifically, they asked for * Repainting throughout * Light fiting and curtain pole in the bedroom are broken and need fixing * In the bathroom, the connection for the shower head seems to be broken, and the unit built around the sink is slightly damaged and should be looked after Would this job be properly classed as General DIY?
