Fireplace removal and install a new one - which expert to ask?

Hi there,
we have an electric fire with fake flames etc, hearth & mantelpiece we would like to get rid of. We want to replace it with a fireplace & mantle more fitting to our house (an iron one with tiles probably). We would have the fire basket as a decorative feature only (probably)
What specialist do we need to contact for this type of job?
