I am buying a house where there has been a leak and the ceiling in the lounge is bulging slightly. It looks like it needs boarding and replastering. I am looking for a quote, but not sure if the whole ceiling needs doing? Is it possible to just patch up part?. It's about a 1m sq patch (at a guess). The room is about 15 x 12 ft.

Hi Allison yes you can repair damaged part of ceiling then best to reskim whole celing regards Danny
