Hi Josephat contact Rated People and explain your problem to them, they should be able to contact the tradesman to find out the reason why he has not been to finish the job. If he completes the work you can then decide whether or not to leave negative feedback This is why you should never pay until the work is completed to your satisfaction, I never ask for any money until the job is completed.
