Hi Pen, A wood flooring specialist or carpenter can help with this. It may not be necessary to replace the entire floorboard, it all depends on how far any rot or damp has spread. The damaged part of boards can be neatly cut on a joist and then replaced. Of course, you will also need to get someone to seal the bath to stop any further ingress of water rotting your new boards.
