Hi Angela If your toilet is leaking i suggest firstly call in a plumber to rectify the leak. As for your chipboard flooring a joiner or perhaps even a handyman if its only a small job Hope this helps Russ
Hole in chipbord floor

I have a hole in the chipboard flooring in my bathroom due to water damage. Also noticed my toilet seems to be leaking from the base.who do i ask to do the job?

Hi Angela unfortunately chipboard and water don't mix very well! You need to get the leak fixed immediately to prevent further damage. Depending on where the damaged chipboard sections are it maybe necessary to remove the toilet pan to replace the board so you may need to coordinate the plumbing and floor repair to get it done at the same time.
