We have narrow vertical cracks in plasterboard corners of our living room, and the skirting board has a 1/4" gap in one corner. Its a bungalow on clay soil, and there is just one diagonal crack on the mortar in a different part of the outside wall. Should I be panicking? Or is it just a matter of using filler in the plasterboard ? Bungalow is 30 years old
