Lining paper

Hi do I have to emulsion over lining paper before I paper.

Hi there no you don't, but before you hang wall paper on lining paper, paste over the lining paper as well as the wall paper that way the wall paper will stay movable and not dry out.

Hi Julie, I agree with Antony read the instructions on the new paper and follow what it recommends and you will be fine. Give the new paper a chance to soak up the wallpaper paste prior to hanging as this will help. Good Luck, Darren, Red Security Design.
