Tiles have been removed from my concrete floor and now I want to remove the left over rock-hard adhesive to prepare it for new tiles. I am keen not to raise the level of the floor. I have been told that I might want to use a machine called a "scrabbler", but I certainly don't want to attempt that myself. I am not sure what sort of tradesman I should be looking for to post this job. Builder? Tiler? Other? Can you advise me?
