The property owner is responsible sinless for the removal, while Asbestos sheeting is classed as low risk hazardous material if it in good conditon it is best dealt with by a qualified contractor. Bit of a mine field remember that as with all waste you are legally responsible for its safe and correct disposal, you need to get invoices etc as if it's dumped at the roadside and is traced back to you will be paying for the clean up.

Try your local council, some of them offer a free collection service provided you double bag it. JC
