Hi Rebecca it sounds like you need to get some ventilation in the roof area, vented roof tiles are a good way of doing this. Also check that the loft insulation is not right into the eaves (the lowest part of the roof) of the roof as this will stop ventilation. Get a roofer to fit the vented tiles for you and check you have no leaks in the roof at the same time. Ed
