Hi Lorraine Still sounds like an airlock but if its an old system it may be the system is gunked up with sediment. Air locks can be a complete pain to get rid off. Try bleeding again shutting each side of the radiator in turn and bleeding but if you still get no joy you will need to call a plumber They would prob need to drain your system down and flush it out.
