Hi Nick if you have obtained the services of a tradesman through this site then you are able to leave a review for the work carried out, whether it is good or bad. Other potential customers need to be warned. Contact Rated customer services to find out why it hasn't been posted. Ed

Hi Nick, I am sorry to read you are having issues with a tradesman that uses our site. We do allow both positive and negative ratings to be posted to our service. Ratings are left in the order the job was posted and can advise to check the tradesman's profile page and it should be on his "Ratings" tab at the top right corner.
