Suspended ceiling access

Posted by Donald Patterson, on
I have a suspended ceiling in my bedroom with no access in to it. What tradesman would I need to gain access to this space as I am concerned that their are mice in the area?

Hi Donald you have got acouple of options: 1. You can cut an access hole in the plasterboard and once the mice are eradicated the ceiling can be re-boarded and skimmed. Use a plasterer. 2. Cut an access hole and form a permanent access panel just incase you need to gain access at some later date. Use a carpenter. Advantage of this is the job will be completed in one visit. Ed.
