Various indoor & outdoor jobs, help please?

I have a number of items that require repair and what to see what and who would need to be involved. Firstly I have a small back garden that has 3 levels that have built up walls to segregate the levels, they are rendered and this has cracked and fallen off in places. I also have some repairs that are needed to a fence in my front garden and a small patch of damp in my lounge next to the chimney breast. Probably a few more minor cosmetic fixes that could be looked at around the house as well.
