I purchased a chest of drawers (6 high) from Argos, and just after the guarantee period expired it fell apart. They said I need to send them a report from a qualified Joiner who has looked at it, and then they can look at refunding me. It all depends now what a joiner charges for this, to see it, in WC1H- Please could you advise ?
