Hi, I am looking to have my rooftop terrace refurbished (replacing timber decking and fence) and am unsure which category to put that request under. The terrace is on top of my neighbour's kitchen and bathroom, so I would like someone with some expertise about the right felt layers to put underneath etc. to ensure this is all done properly and won't cause problems for her.
