I need some guidance as to what type of specialist I would need to ascertain what type of job is needed on a house.
I'm a first time buyer and I need to know what needs doing to a property such as plastering, damp-proofing, insulation etc.
So, essentially what I want is to find someone who can come with me to view the house and can tell me what problems they think I'm going to have with a specific place.
