What tradesman do I need?

I need someone to fit a dishwasher which involves replacing a sink and moving a cupboard. Whilst my kitchen is all ripped up I would also like some flooring (just standard laminate) laid. Do I need multiple tradesmen or is there one person who could have the skills to do this? And which trade would I select when posting this job?
