3bh terrace built 1901. all woodwork covered in old pain about 7 layers all to be removed or is it best to have woodwork(skirting, door surrounds etc.) replaced. walls need plastering, new doors to be hung, new kitchen fitted new flooring and retiled. Downstairs bathroom, new suite fitted, removal of tiled floor and walls and replaced. when posting this job is it best posted to an individual tradesperson and to whom. or break it down into individual jobs and what order should the work be done
